I. Services Provided

Prism Digital provides website design, development, hosting, and related digital services to its customers. These services include, but are not limited to:

  1. Website Design and Development
    • Custom creation or modification of websites tailored to client specifications.
    • Development of user-friendly and responsive websites optimized for various devices and browsers.
    • Integration of features such as e-commerce platforms, contact forms, and third-party tools or plugins.
  2. Website Hosting
    • Secure and reliable hosting of websites on Prism Digital’s servers.
    • Maintenance of hosting infrastructure, including uptime monitoring, security, data backups, and troubleshooting.
    • Provision of domain registration and management services.
  3. Content Management and Updates
    • Support for updating website content, images, or other elements as per client requests.
    • Implementation of minor adjustments or enhancements to improve website functionality.
  4. Technical Support and Maintenance
    • Assistance with technical issues related to hosting, website performance, or accessibility.
    • Routine updates to ensure websites remain secure and compatible with evolving web standards.
  5. Optional Services
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve website visibility.
    • Digital marketing services, such as email campaigns or social media integration.
    • Consulting services for brand identity, user experience, or digital strategy.

II. Payment Terms & Fulfillment Policies

Prism Digital is committed to delivering website design and hosting services with the highest level of quality and professionalism. All projects are executed based on the agreed timelines and scope of work specified. Hosting services commence immediately upon successful payment and account setup.

Website Development Projects

For website development services, payment is collected as follows:

  1. Upfront Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted project amount is required before work begins. This payment secures your project in our schedule and covers the initial development phase.
  2. Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the quoted amount is due upon project completion, prior to the final delivery of the website or making the website live.

All invoices for website development projects will be sent electronically and must be paid within 30 days of receipt to avoid project delays.

Website Hosting & Management

For ongoing website hosting and management services, payment is collected through a monthly subscription. By engaging our services, you agree to these payment terms and authorize the automatic processing of payments as applicable.

  1. Subscription Payments: Monthly fees are automatically charged to the credit card on file. The billing cycle begins on the service activation date, and payments are processed on the same date each month thereafter.
  2. Payment Method: Customers are required to keep a valid credit card on file to ensure uninterrupted service. Prism Digital utilizes Stripe, Inc. for payment processing and is fully compliant with PCI standards to ensure safety and security for client contact and payment information.

Refund Policy

As we provide digital services, rather than physical goods, refunds are only offered under the following conditions:

  • Website Development Services: If there is a circumstance in which the upfront deposit has been paid and no substantial work has been initiated or completed, a refund of the deposit may be issued. Otherwise, only partial refunds may be issued based on the proportion of time invested into the project. Due to its indication that the work has been completed, there is no refund available for the final payment.
  • Hosting & Management Services: Refunds for the monthly hosting and management subscription plan are not available. However, clients may cancel their hosting, and/or other recurring subscriptions, at any time with a 30-day advance notice. Any billing cycles occurring within these 30 days will continue to incur charge. Service cancellation will go into effect on the next billing date following the 30-day notice.
